We will be having missionaries to the Philippines presenting their ministry!

On September 28, we will be having Pastor Jonnel Suyat, missionary to the Philippines, with us to present the burden God has laid on their hearts.

The Philippines is a country in Southeast Asia, just north of Australia. The Philippines has a population of about 118 million people.

During the service, Brother Suyat will be giving his testimony, sharing details about New Zealand, presenting his ministry, and then preaching to us. It's not every day that we get to have missionaries in our church, so if you’re able to, you need to do what you can to be here.

Hobble Creek Baptist Church must be involved in missions around the world, and it may very well be God’s will for us to partner with Pastor Jonnel, in order to do just that. Jonnel Suyat is coming to present at HCBC because they need financial and prayer support, as well as to hopefully put a burden within our hearts for the Philippines and missions. This is a very important church service to attend for these reasons mentioned above, so we hope you can make it!

Lastly, there will be a potluck following the service, so bring some food if you’re able to!
